Yesterday friend of the Wow MX Ann Dry encouraged me to check out Ukraine’s entry in Eurovision 2024, which took place last week. Entitled “Teresa and Maria” and performed by co-writers Jerry Heil and Alyona Alyona, the song presents Mother Teresa and the Virgin Mary as icons of hope and encouragement.

It actually came in third in the overall contest, which is pretty amazing. And I got a little obsessed, hence this extra subscriber post!
