Hi! Welcome back to Prayer, Week 5, aka Presence Presents!

So how did last week go? Did it make sense? Did you get anything out of it?

As I’ve said before, if nothing much seemed to happen, don’t blame yourself. You didn’t do anything wrong. The whole idea of doing a bunch of different kinds of things these weeks is to offer lots of different possible ways into a deeper connection with yourself and the broader universe, however you understand it. For some people, daydreaming about a desire or memory makes sense. For others, just sitting quietly breathing is the greatest gift of all. Follow your bliss.
