[As I mentioned at the end of yesterday’s PCSW, each day this week I am sending a little moment of centering you might try to help nourish your spirits and your imagination.]
Sit in a quiet, comfortable place with your phone off. Close your eyes.
As you slowly breathe in and out, listen to the world around you. Savor each of the sounds that make up your life right now.
It’s okay if your mind wanders or you get distracted. Let each breath in draw you back to the here and now. And with each release, let it all go, with gratitude.
