Sit or lie down in a quiet, comfortable place with your phone off. Close your eyes. Breathe in and out slowly.
With each breath, allow yourself to begin to feel your body. The movement of your chest up and down. The points of contact with where you’re sitting or lying. Air moving across you. Any aches or pains.
Let your attention drift to whatever part of your body draws you. Try to accept whatever you find there. Even if you have some pain, see if it’s possible to allow your body, the experience of sensation, to be a gift.
